![]() Must have excellent telephone etiquette.Must have a thorough knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area.Able to handle and accurately account for all money received.Assists in scheduling activities within the resort.Assists with arts and crafts if necessary.Complete all filing and record keeping as directed by supervisor.Inform customers of all activities within the resort.Collect and record payments, deposits for the ballroom.This position must have the ability to accurately handle responsibilities for the activities department but not limited to. It is critical that the individual filling this position project a positive impression to the customers, both in their manner, professionalism and appearance. This position will be the first contact the customers have with the resort activities department.
